IS THIS A REORDER? Our option menus occasionally change. When logged into your customer account and Order History, select the item(s) you wish to reorder from your previous orders (the orange "reorder" button has been replaced by this method). Clicking on a previously ordered item will take you to that item's sales page where you can confirm your options (color, corner options, lining, logo, etc) before checking out.
UPS and FEDEX. Custom orders are shipped from our factory using your choice of FedEx Ground, FedEx 2Day or FedEx Standard or Priority Overnight. For in-stock items, comparable services may be substituted. Canadian orders ship via UPS. At shipping, you will receive a tracking number which will confirm which carrier is being used for your shipment.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: For orders to Canada, you'll pay the UPS shipping charge up front, but when the boxes reach the border CBSA will to levy applicable taxes, duties and tariffs which you will have to pay before the package is released for delivery. (UPS serves as our import broker). In most cases, there's 5% GST/HST, duties depending on the item, and another 25% tariff on many of our products. Under Canadian law, tariffs are charged based on what the rules are on the day the package reaches the border, not what they are on the day you place your order.
